      Holidays off, decent insurance coverage

      Cons

      Low pay. Hard to get an earlier shift, lack of development and opportunities for growth. Field agents are not pleasant to speak with often times very unprofessional.

      Beware of toxicity in the workplace

      Zero Zilch Nada None Nothing

      Cons

      Very very toxic work place. Lot's of passing the buck and management can't even do the job. NBP's blamed belittled daily. Too much wok and not enough time to do it. They call pennies raises and we won't even talk about a bonus. The expectation is ridiculous. Pay is far below what it should be especially for the amount of work you do. The micromanagement is through the roof.
