Product and sales training are top notch. Depending on the territory you are placed in the sales will fall right in your lap. If you work at headquarters the service agents will send you HOT leads. The list of warms leads AAA provides is EVERYONE who has a AAA product (even just a membership). It is nice to have a small salary to fall back on. The company provides state of the art technology to assist you.

Cons

Turn over is very high. Customer lists are outdated. Management doesn't understand that customers do NOT have landlines any more. Some territories are absolutely desolate and you won't make any sales. The fixed annuity rates are very very low. The underwriting is extremely strict and not necessarily competitively priced. Compensation is really not good. Better hope your multi line agent partners believe in life insurance or they won't be any help.
