Outside position with ability to have flexible schedule. Good base pay with opportunity for commission.

Out of the loop. Even as a remote employee, it seemed as though there could have been more communication or more transparency.

Pay benefits are good for entry level; however, they aren't worth for young students or youth people.

Cons

Work schedules won't ever fit a good life-work balance. They will set mandatory overtime you'll have to comply regardless. Schedule requests to fits you needs aren't approved. Most of the co-workers are rude and the escalation lines are terrible at supporting.
