Good compensation, pretty good job security, and above average benefits (health insurance, vacations, 401k matching, PTO, etc). Nice building and location.

Cons

Demanding customers (internal, ie "clubs"), unrealistic expectations, stagnation. Very long hours, no work / life balance. Slow to change even when change is demanded by management.
