      Pros

      Working for national corporation has it's perks in higher salaries and better benefits. But the feeling of being part of a team was an unexpected benefit.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of was that we weren't very busy in our department and had quite a bit of down time. I guess that's a good thing considering we handled complaints and problems.

      Pros

      National Office offers a variety of business line opportunities with management who encourage growth. The company has a range of new and long-tenured associates. Tuition assistance after intro period is a plus if you're looking to finish your degree. Our onsite-cafe offers delicious food options and Starbucks! The internal office space has been contemporized recently and offers plenty of natural lighting, standup desks and flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      With a lot of tenured staff, upper-level management positions can be tricky to get into.
