Company has good, standard benefits. The working environment is positive and there is an open door policy. Room for advancement and growth.

Cons

There are not enough progressive benefits to keep younger professionals engaged and as a result some approaches may be viewed as "old school." Overall though there aren't may "cons" to speak of.

Great benefits, Great people to work with, Always trying to stay current in all of its policies and technology initiatives. Good work Life balance and a good community partner.

Cons

There are always some things that different people don't always agree with at any company. In this case there is nothing that is systemic in nature or that warrants a major change.

Very poor management. Manager claimed she did not believe in micromanaging, but she did every day.
