Pros

The culture at AAA is truly amazing. I get to show up as the real me every day. My ideas are heard and implemented. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and wants to excel in their role.

Cons

We are a hybrid company and report to the office 3 days a week. I enjoy going to work on my "office" days. The building is gorgeous, and we even have a cafeteria downstairs. The only con I can think of is that our in house Starbucks closes at 2:00, otherwise it is the perfect company. I truly love my job!

This is by far the best job I've ever had. The company truly invests in its employees and provides fantastic development opportunities. The culture here is amazing, creating a strong sense of belonging and inclusion for everyone.
