Travel Perks and and making new friends.

No money. Pay for performance, the home office people didn't take a pay cut but the actual people who make Make money for the company did

Pros

Additional income while working remote

Cons

With the constant changes that are being made during our shift, the rolling out of new products, and up charging members, the employees are often taken care of last. This is literally a dead end job not what l imagined.

Pros

The health insurance stayed at the same cost however what they cover changed. The ability to work from home although I did need a doctor's note to continue to work from home.

Cons

They brought in a numbers guy from another company several years ago whose sole job was to watch the numbers and then make changes to the work and how everything was done. 1st he decided we could have 7.5 minutes after call work for 4 years then they brought in WFM without alerting the workers as to what that actually was and decided 7.5 minutes was far too much time to make the note or take care of after work so it was changed to 5 minutes however they watch you during that 5 minutes and if you are trying to recoup you will be messaged from either your supervisor or manager. Let me explain it is an algorithm that will monitor workers it will show who is doing anything on their work computer or if they are in after call and not at the computer. Fine and Dandy however this same person has decided all Managers, Supervisors and Leads must be "MEAN" told to me by the aforementioned group. I understand that some people will take advantage of being abel to work from home however I do not feel anyone should be written up for anything pertaining to looking at 2 instances of this same numbers guy looking at anyone's movement. If you are not actually here with me then do not assume anything. If I place anyone on hold and take care of a request by my supervisor, you need to know I have asked the customer if I could and when I go back, I apologize and continue to the call. If this same person thinks making this company a corporate mess with a high turnover, then let me assure you he is well on his way to doing so. Hiring large groups of new hires and then rushing them into the position only to have them leave accomplishes nothing except bad reviews. THERE IS NO OPEN DOOR POLICY ANYMORE!
