Pros

Remote work. Decent salary. License training.

Cons

Management isn’t always quick to assist with answering questions, especially if you aren’t on their list of favorites. Promised leads, and told that no cold calls would be made. MCIC was being sold in CT & RI, the expansion was set to include NY, NJ, & MA early in 2025 which included hiring hundreds of new agents. That expansion was delayed, as of August 2025 it still has not happened. Management began shuffling new agents from one training to another. The original training after licensing was supposed to be 2 months. A large majority of these agents have yet to see the sales floor. Working schedules that they were not hired for. Learning the ins and outs of products, and state regulations only to be moved somewhere else to forget that information and learn something else.

Pros

Good benefits, WFM, it’s easy call center work

Cons

It’s call center work, NOT dispatching. No leadership, it’s just management and even that is poor. Not sure how these people got their positions, they are woefully lost. Micromanaged to death. Breaks, stats, it’s like all they care about. No legitimate opportunity to move around within the company and they are 100% anti-union, even putting on classes to supervisors telling them to report and union talk to HR. It’s a job…that’s it.
