Pros

Managers are great. Coworkers make the day fly by. Great travel perks.

Cons

Like any public facing job, people can be difficult sometimes. Base salary isn’t great for people with many years of work experience. Takes a few years to make decent commissions. Really hard to make top tier commissions, even for seasoned agents.

Pros

Solid training and a professional management staff. Free premium membership, helathcare

Cons

During winter seasons you are expected to be there no matter what, even if there is a state of emergency. Lots of shifts to choose from but hard to switch. If you start second shift or the overnight shift you will wait years to get an opportunity to get a different one.
