Pros

If u work in the call center you better go to good shrink. The moral is so negative. Call center is a dead end. The call monitor is biased and unfair, the micro management is so unprofessional. They will look out Of their window in their cubilce too make sure your taking 100 calls per day. If your children get sick you better have fmla or you will get written up. Everyone is scared Of management ..the supervisors take long lunches, come in late, talk in the cubicle and treat the reps like slaves.

Cons

work in the manager or executive level and you will have a good time . The bathrooms in office are very dirty, everyone is ,rude they will walk right into u and have bad manners. The call center ceiling air filters have never been clean, everyone is sick and coughing breaThing dirty air. They dont vacum floors. Its gross like a .prison. If supervisor ask you to come in the office ..its usually a write up or a bad job you did and demeaning .

Very disappointed overall

Pros

Benefits, brand recognition, employee discounts for services.

Cons

Overall, this company is 10 years outdated and money hungry. The pay sucks. They are OBSESSED with their insurance department and they clearly play favorites. No progress, no improvements, no advancements that truly help their people or their members. Even the AAA app sucks. Being such a large brand, that should say something about their priorities. If you are reading this and considering a role here, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. Hierarchy is disorganized and extremely outdated and inefficient. Software is either not user friendly or is ancient. Management never knows what is going on. There is a massive gender wage gap. Work life balance is non existent. They don't hire when and where they really need it, and it ends up dumping work on others that get burnt out and leave. The company doesn't care about their MEMBERS and the benefits we provide them, they only care about profit. The M&A with Colorado and North & South Carolina has been the most chaotic ever. It will take several years for that to be fixed.

Pros

Good brand name, good benefits, some remote work.

Cons

Their new pay structure is dubious at best.Your commissions are tier based.P and C agents are expected to send life leads to life agents and they must sell a minimum before you receive your full commissions on the p and c sales you've already made!!
