The company does have a long history of promoting from within.

Cons

The company can not provide the services offer if there is any type of weather event going on. Compensation is low and raises are also a joke! The amount of time off is always caped because they are unable to keep the center staffed. Out of a training class of 30 people 3 people make it to the 3rd month.

Pros

Good pay and training and the job is fairly easy. Overtime available and good working conditions.

Cons

Schedules are mostly night and weekends when you first start, it takes about 3-4 months to be able to change it.
