Pros

Solid management structure with excellent training opportunities. You get what you put into it. If you want a good career with a stable company, AAA has many great things to offer.

Cons

Benefits are great but can be pricey. Part time benefits seem extremely high but I haven't been in the job market lately, so it's hard to say for certain.
