Pros

It's a job. Nothing special. Most people in entry level positions are fairly nice and decent. Hey, you might even get a JEANS day!!!

Cons

Company, and upper management specifically, completely out of touch with employees with families, especially young children. Paid time off is below average in the industry. Terrible medical benefits. PTO policies and usage do not seem to apply the same to management as employees. I wouldn't recommend Auto Club Group to friends or family members seeking employment.
