      Pros

      Company has and will be around forever. No layoffs. Great place to meet people.Many employees have been around for 10-15 years.

      Cons

      They are always trying to change for the better, however nothing gets accomplished until 3 years later. Company is always playing catch up to current technology.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time with AAA. They train really well and they have very classy employees. I loved the culture within the company as well.

      Cons

      There was a lot of pressure each month to perform at a high level. This wasn't a problem so much but it did create a little stress and the end of each month.
