      You can make money as long as you work to death Most of your colleagues are nice to work with

      Cons

      Idiot managers, they hire the best "Yes Men and Women" and make them into managers. Most of them have no clue on how to grow the company. No career path for sales agents They don't spent no money on infrastructural or any support. The computer and technology are from the 80's. A really Cheap, Cheap company

      Flexibility in work hours. Excellent pay. Training available.

      Cons

      Entrenched, incompetent, management creates chaos and confusion. Inability to priorize tasks leads to missed deliverables. Very chaotic and stressful development environment. Numerious unqualified individuals in various positions drag the whole IT Department down. Low morale and worker productivity.
