Pros

Learning how to deal with really stupid people... AAF is the backwards way.

Cons

Upper management in Lousville don't like changes, they like to operate the same way they did 45 years ago. Plants are neglected in every way, shape and form.

Pros

Money is ok to be where it's at

Cons

Not a good place to work, its over 100 degrees in the summer. They always get rid of the best people. HR fires people without a good reason. They do not care about the people here. They don't give you room to grow here. After 3 years, you will no longer get a raise.
