Pros

There are really great people there and I worked in a relaxed plant environment. I really enjoyed my time there and made several friends.

Cons

There is poor management and a disconnect between engineering and manufacturing. My position did not have advancement opportunities. Company is currently downsizing.

Pros

Peter Kurto was removed from AAF

Cons

CEO made several bad decisions which resulted in the downturn of a once profitable company. CEO also responsible for the separation of the P&I and AF group which made the environment less enjoyable.
