Pros

Working for AAF has been the best decision that I have made for my career. In the 5 years that I have been here I have been promoted three times. Our current CEO has reinvigorated AAF. For the most part everyone that works here is very passionate about our products and the positive benefits for the health of people and the environment. The pay is great, the opportunity for advancement is incredible, hard work is recognized and rewarded, and we have the best products in the industry.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about AAF

Pros

I have worked here for over 12 years, and have had a lot of opportunity for growth. Management works hard to make sure that the environment is as positive and productive as possible. Our current CEO is very approachable and promotes an open door policy.

Cons

The one con for me would be employee accountability.

Pros

Bi-weekly pay check is the only Pro.

Cons

Poor management and processes. Target and profit driven company with disregard towards the employees. Long hours and low pay. Unhappy and negative co-workers.
