Horrible pay (I only got minimum wage). Some if not all departments at some point have to work mandatory overtime. My friend worked in customs and he never had a week where he didn't have overtime. Now that wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't physical labor. I worked on a SAM line as a framer and absolutely hated it. He also only got minimum wage. My friend has arthritis in his left knee. One day his arthritis was so bad he was limping on his leg and had to hold him self up with his arms at his desk. He told his supervisor and she said it was just another knee pain and that everybody has knee pains and made him continue to work. After a month I got A pain in my shoulder so where at night if I laid on it wrong it would wake me up and I couldn't get back to sleep and it was also hard to do my job. Then after my three month probation. There I wanted to put in a transfer request. I talk to my supervisor and he he said that transfers were only four under performing employees and if we put under performing on the transfer request that the other supervisors probably want to want me. Then I talked to head of HR and she told me that's not correct.
