Pros

The work itself is easy, most of the customers are very nice. Some of the sales reps are helpful. They pay for training.

Cons

Management, sales rep, other customer service reps don't know how to communicate. It's not a team player environment. people will throw you under the best to cover their own butts. No one wants to take responsibility for anything. They nitpick over the simplest things but when it comes to actually doing your job and if you do it well, they don't recognize it at all. They don't care about your personal life or if you have things going on. "That's not my problem" is a favorite line. They miscommunicate about overtime. If you're a minute or two late they are asking you why. They don't do reviews if you have reached your 60 day, 6 month or 1 year employment mark.
