      Pros

      The benefits are great and by the comp.

      Cons

      Upper management cannot manage people. The chiefs have no idea what’s going on within their departments. The turnover rate is high due to the staff being overworked, underpaid, and in favoritism. Growth within the company never happens for minorities.

      Pros

      Prestigious organization. Nice office location. A lot of smart and dedicated employees and members.

      Cons

      Management is mostly absent (in meetings) and overworked. Culture depends on department. There's a lot of red tape to get anything done. HR is terrible.

      - they pay 100% of employees insurance - salary - mission (help medical students become doctors)

      Cons

      - toxic work environment! Bullying from senior leadership with no disciplinary action. - no room for growth - no work/life balance. Be prepared to work 45+ hour weeks. - stressful work environment - technology that constantly fails
