Pros

Good pay, pretty good work life balance on paper.

Cons

There is no down time on the clock and expected to help out with other work and complete daily duties. Not enough people to do the work we have.

Pros

Great work life balance Awesome colleagues 10% 403b match 100% free healthcare for employees w/ option to add family for a small cost Great PTO Really healthy work environment 35 hour work week Permanent WFH CEO is the sweetest man ever. A washed up jazz musician turned heart doctor turned CEO. Also lead the Smithsonian Institute. Just an awesome human being. They've bee really dedicated to their employees during the pandemic. Prefers everyone to call him David rather than Dr. Skorton.

Cons

The salary might be less than a more profit driven company? Not sure. The benefits and amazing WL balance is worth it Not a ton of room to grow at the company forever if you start in a lower ranked job. Only so much space on a team.
