vacation, 403b matching, sick days, health insurance if you are single or you spouse has his/her own. location in DC near metro/Georgetown, near Trader Joe's, work is ok, its a very laid back place to work. alot of folks come here and indicated that it's not stressful as in their past jobs, generous training in IT

very bureaucratic, no room for advancement unless there is a job posting, The continuum for pay raises changes each year depending on the market, this way they pay folks less Very small raises increases, sometimes no Easter Holiday, only 1 day for X-mas (even though quite a few people indicated that it would be nice to have a few more days off during the X-mas holiday, its very quiet at work during this time ) People tend to point the finger alot when things go wrong and blame other departments
