      Used to be a good company, not any more.

      Pros

      Benefits are good and most colleagues smart and nice. Used to a smaller friendly company where everyone knows each other and help each other. Old CEO was much more for public goods than for making most profit. Has a solid income flow from medical student application fees.

      Cons

      The environment has been toxic since the current CEO came which is all about making money out of your constituents whom you used to provide service for. Meeting fees skyrocketed that many schools find hard to afford. A lot of fluff and pile on layers of managers on top of staff who actually do the job. Since moving to the new building have seen a lot of long time mid level employees leaving or retiring early, or even worse more than half a dozen died suddenly in less than a year of moving to new site. Bad fengshui.
