      Pros

      Staff is professional and values learning and development of staff.

      Cons

      The particular job i held had no room for advancement or promotion even through additional schooling. I know other states approach the position in a diffenrent context. Extra credentials don't yield extra income. I attribute most of it to administrative red tape surrounding insurance payouts.
