      Intelligent colleagues, great atmosphere, good pay, GREAT benefits - FREE healthcare for employees.

      Cons

      Location in DC, should open a satellite office for the commuters. Compensation for VRE and Metro not enough for commuters from Vienna, VA or far in Maryland. Reorganization lowered morale. Separation between the "business" and IT departments.
