Pros

I started out at AAMCO and I’ll never regret it. It was the perfect intro into the industry. I learned everything I could ever need to know and then some. I met some amazing people who I’m still friends with today. I got references and padded my resume with valuable experience.

Cons

There just aren’t enough opportunities to get promoted at the moment.

Pros

Corporate support and training. Pay and benefits. Managerial support. Coworkers are amazing. The work/life balance is great as well but don’t expect not to work hard if you want to move up the ranks. It’s a massive corporation that feels like a small business. A good place to learn and grow.

Cons

Customer service sucks sometimes no ifs, ands, or buts about it. It’s just how it is.
