      Pros

      The company maintains a fun and relaxed environment. Good work is recognized and rewarded. They work on interesting and challenging projects that provide good experience. The management team, from the department managers all the way to the CEO, are deeply invested in the company and employees. Hard work is rewarded in the form of raises, promotions, and bonuses.

      Cons

      “If you’re only in it for the money, then this isn’t the place for you” is the best way to describe the compensation situation.

      One of the best shops I’ve ever worked at

      Pros

      Hands down one of the best shops I’ve worked at! AAMCO is a great company and their shops are pretty consistent across the board. I love working for them and even if I move I plan on moving to a city where they’re located so I can keep working here.

      Cons

      There are zero cons to working at AAMCO. If you have any experience whatsoever, you’ll know from the first day on the job that they’re not like the others.

      Nothing short of wonderful

      Pros

      I don’t have much to compare it to, but so far my experience at AAMCO has been nothing short of wonderful. The training was excellent. My coworkers have gone above and beyond to help me adjust. My manager is friendly and he seems like someone I can talk to if and when I need to. So far, I can’t say I have any complaints.

      Cons

      One thing I’ve learned working here is that you’ve got to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
