Good starter job - not a long term employer

Pros

You can start with little to experience you can learn and gain experience make lots of friends along the way

Cons

management skills are not company growth based company does not pay what other companies will pay as you gain more experience you can be reprimanded or fired for someone's personal issues with you instead of being about your ability and skill at the job.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you learned a lot while working for our company and had the chance to build some friendships. We know how important it is to create a great work environment to be in. We will continue to work with our managers through our management training and leadership development programs. We also are proud of our open door policy and support of the AAR Values to make sure all employees are being treated the right way. We do ongoing market reviews of our total compensation and try to create the best working hours based on the business. We remain excited about the amount of management training and leadership development we conduct each year. We will continue to promote open door and help our managers be the best leaders they can be.
