Pros

Gain experience in aviation field on Airbus A319 & A320.

Cons

Leadership at all levels/groups show little character when stressed under the goals and agendas of the many aviation interests governing them. Makes work & human interactions constantly strained.

Pros

Great place to start your career in aviation, to get some experience. Not too many companies in aviation accept employees with no experience at all.

Cons

All I can say is that working the way we do flying is extremely unsafe. The public should know it and the management should understand that it is not fare to put the lives of passengers at risk just for delivering airplanes on time and making good profit.
