Good and bad

Pros

Great employees to work with. Ability to help others with everyday issues. Making long term relationships.

Cons

I was forced to leave due to a management that does not know how to manage people. HR is rude, unprofessional, uncaring and unknowledgeable. Management does nothing even though they know the issues. They threaten employees not to notify corporate so they doesn’t find out what a terrible HR department they have. Several people have left that department due to the treatment they receive.
