      Greetings, & thank-you for your review. Comp is always being worked, so that it is fair, and equitable, to all. Very much appreciate encouraging everybody to earn that A&P, even if you are doing R/E. I do think we continue to do the best job we can around scheduling. Yet, that being stated, aviation is so dynamic, as it rolls 24/7/365. For me, that's one of the cool reasons I love our business...there's always something to work & help out on.       Hello- Realizing Company works to be a leader in Av Mx, spot-on re: tight procedures with Quality First & Safety Always. On the Cons side, will push on # item, as I personally know many, i.e. RFD station. And it is always tough to line up workforce with inputs, yet can promise that we are focused on that for sure.
