Pros

the people working with me were nice, friendly, and helpful to each other. they worked well as a team effort. I liked working with them.

Cons

Management, does not listen to the employees, they look at everyone as being a piece of trash they can just throw away. they do not worry about keeping good talent in the building. They just let them take other jobs and will not try to keep them with the company. They just want to hire people at the lowest pay rate they can, they will hire people who have no idea what they are doing with no training they put them on the floor to work and expect the people working around them to train them and not pay the to train the new employee.

Pros

The work-life balance is fair as long as you meet your deadlines to submit proposals and projects on time. Management was easy going in the front office and open to helping (or finding help) if you if needed.

Cons

The work was very repetitive and the office culture was dry -- not a place I looked forward going to every day after the first six months.

Hello, & thank-you for your service to the Company. Straight ahead for the future indeed. On the promotion, personally encourage working to have folks jump on tuition reimbursement program/additional certs, credentialing, ratings, etc. Probably have seen that on your end, yet with that, have seen careers zoom for sure. Just my 2 cents though... Blue skies all the way, Greg "G-Man" Dellinger
