Ability to grow and learn as well as the opportunity to mentor others-great culture! Benefits and salary are on par with other defense contractors Future looks very bright for the company and employees

Cons

Need more office space-too crowded to have senior management living in cube farms.

Everyone in this building is a family. We all support each other and work together to get things done.

Cons

Upper management seems to cut down on pay and bonuses more and more every year since they would rather expand.

There is a lot of opportunity for overtime.

Cons

1. They are racist. This can be seen in the very few minorities, and no minorities in maintenance management. 2. management will fabricate problems, if you don't suck up to them the way they want. And if you're a woman, you may likely encounter sexual harassment from management. 3. If you are not white, AAR doesn't provide opportunities to learn and advance.
