Hello, and thank-you for your review. On this end, internships, along with apprenticeships, continue to be a powerful pipeline into the Company, as have personally worked the platform since first day. In addition, worked and supported a similar program when I was with the Disney Company (10 years), so strong past-performance. Not sure on Cons language, as have seen the intern become my boss. Moreover, aviation requires that stout heart with great optimism, & will always work to encourage, especially around career advancement. Straight ahead friend, G-Man

Are way behind the learning curve. Middle and Upper managers refuse to recognize the realities of the new contract they are undertaking.

Excellent place to gain experience and build your network. Good health insurance, & good overal benefits.

Cons

Be prepared to work weekends if you are working on production side of the buisiness.
