Pros

Getting a paycheck was about it... There were also several coworkers that I really enjoyed working with and that was the only thing that made this place bearable.

Cons

There is so much dishonesty among management and HR, it's sickening. Management and HR plays favorites on who they let change shifts, do the apprenticeship programs (for sheetmetal, avionics, composites, and A&P), and who they promote. Many times I (and other coworkers) were told "no", just to turn around a see those opportunities give to the favorites of management or HR. This place is all about the good ole boy club and I've seen so many people, including myself, get crapped on and passed up on opportunities that were give to less qualified people. HR is full of the most dishonest backstabbing people I've ever seen. They lie about pay rates among mechanics of the same skill level and always tell people they are "topped out" on their pay. HR has also ignored multiple harassment complaints from multiple employees about specific managers/supervisors and have even promoted these people after all of the harassment complaints! I've seen many people get promoted to leads, supervisors, and managers that were not qualified either in their knowledge of the job or had horrible people skills. This place is run by the absolute most horrible people I've ever seen in my life. Because of their shady business practices, I don't know how this place stays open. SOOOOO many people have come and gone from that place because of how bad it is. I still have friends that work there and I hear of the crap that has happened since I've left and it is so angering to see how a company can get away with the things they do!
