- great place to learn - gain experience across a variety of product lines

Cons

- lack of teamwork across departments - unrealistic expectations in light of lack of tools and manpower - upper management seems to be disengaged with employees - upward mobility within remote sites (other than corporate) is limited - compensation is lower than industry average

Pros

Hours were great and cafeteria food was good. It was nice in beginning because the upper management cared but in the last 10 years they didn’t.

Cons

Some departments don’t train properly and salary is not compatible with the market. They always want to pay you on the lower spectrum.

Pay is low compared to the surrounding area. Difficult to retain good quality employees.
