Living conditions are better than most contracts.

Cons

Best job I ever had, worst company I ever worked for. Company will lie and nickel and dime you to death. Always trying to find ways to shortcut pay and expenses.

Some of the coworkers were great to work with

No pay structure, all the training is purely a box ticking exercise to cover the corporation from a legal perspective if a serious mistake occurred. As it will be the fault of the employee and not the employer All suggestions are ignored and many VPs provided no input whatsoever, yet somehow kept their jobs, whilst other hard working employees were made redundant. The individuals they deem to be important only say “yes” and never add any value.

We do have a global learning and development program complete with classroom/virtual training, manager and leadership development, individual development plans, formal mentorship program, and 1:1 career planning and skill development sessions. Free insurance for the employee (expatriates)

Cons

Poor work pool selection from the top to the bottom , poor planning and flight safety issues, substitution of US labor for cheaper third word countries personnel. Poor foresight. Lack of honesty on their self evaluation and reporting, not meeting the standards for the deliverables, Chaos.
