Are way behind the learning curve. Middle and Upper managers refuse to recognize the realities of the new contract they are undertaking.

Sometimes one has to work late, long hours in order to meet deadlines.

Pros

I have the opportunity to be part of some great contracts and projects, have travelled extensively as a result. This provide the opportunity for some tremendous professional experiences.

Cons

The downside to this is, I have had a very unpredictable schedule, making planning difficult for the times I am not away. Sometimes due to the distance from our home base communication can be difficult.
