Our AAR Values are instrumental in everything we do to help our people and the organization to grow. We are very proud of all the great programs we have implemented to support our people! This includes Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, launch of Core Competencies to help with growth and development, global Learning and Development program with a huge focus on soft skills, Management training and Leadership Development, brand new Learning Management System (LMS), Talent Management strategy to identify future leaders through Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and a Mentorship Program.
