Passive Aggressive, Zero Accountability

Pros

Great work/life balance. Big investments in training, coaching and growth opportunities. Big budgets, all the tech tools, toys you could ever need. Pays VERY well, but can be golden handcuffs.

Cons

Executive team has a deeply unhealthy dynamic. CEO breeds a competitive environment that's gone unchecked. Marketing group has a very competitive, nasty culture. Leadership regularly second guesses subject matter experts despite having zero knowledge or expertise. Favored leaders are often toxic, agist, racist and misogynistic. The higher up you are in the ranks the nastier the environment becomes.
