Political mess - social mission for whom?!

Pros

Lack career ambition and good at playing leadership politics? Then this is the place for you. You can fly under the radar, suck up and get a pension for life. Mediocrity rules the day. CYA is the employee tag line.

Cons

Sadly people come for the mission, and the good ones leave when they experience the mess behind the scenes. Politics, not talent, is rewarded. You will be pulled down for doing good work and set up for failure if someone with the slightest authority doesn't like you. This company is in trouble if they get audited.
