Pros

Mission focuses organization that strives to help all employees feel engaged and a part of its success.

Cons

Has struggled for years to break down silos and create a more cooperative and cohesive effort among various divisions and business units in order to be more relevant and impactful. Progress in this area should not take as long as it has but its improving.

Pros

They have a lot of money, and sometimes groups will spend in surprising ways - good for entrepreneurs.

Cons

DUring leadership changes, they will kill old leadership projects, which doesn't bode well for long-term entrepreneurial spirits.

Highs and lows, rarely stable.

Pros

Good pay, decent physical work environment— until we all head into “open plan” and glass cages next year. Except for the execs who made that cost cutting decision of course!Sometimes highly engaging and useful work.

Cons

Giant bureaucracy still extremely siloed. High tolerance for truly reprehensible behavior by top execs— poor managers remain in place far too long— HR is complicit in protecting such behavior.
