Pros

Helpful and engaged coworkers, great cause, innovative, collaborative, and rewarding

Cons

Despite being new, there seems to be a continuous struggle to get simple IT systems and hardware (phones, mouse, keyboard, laptop, smart boards, wireless network, Microsoft software) to function consistently and reliably.

Pros

A great people centric organization that strives to do the right thing always. Work life balance key here. Great benefits. Caring managers and staff. Celebrates diversity (not just talks about it). Diverse work force.

Cons

Sorry the cafeteria has closed.

Top management impact

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Solid mission and work that makes you proud to be associated with organization. Staff often feel under siege by top management so it’s nice to have informal support from other staff members.

Cons

Top management seems to relish keeping staff feeling uneasy about their value to organization and certainty of having a job. Top executives often don’t let projects take root. The HR team is very weak. Too many tales, for too long, of applicants never hearing from AARP and little to no serious grooming for existing staff to be promoted.
