Pros

Work from home and a bonus every 3 months , also great visual and dental benefits followed by 401K and savings at many stores.

Cons

Poor pay I believe that this company can definitely be able to pay better salaries to the CSR due to the nature of the job sometimes many callers can be a pain.

Pros

A lot of fun people to work with in the DC office Mission is excellent Great benefits

Cons

Not everyone gets an opportunity to advance within the organization. They end up losing quality employees. It's a place to retire. There are folks who are comfortable in their positions and you can tell they have no intention of doing more or moving on. A lot of broken promises
