Pros

If the leads notice you you will stay for a long time. If they don't even remember you name or you do something wrong you will receive a phone call from the agency at 3pm.

Cons

No room to be a permanent employee in the future. When you apply for the job with the agency you meet at a Starbucks or Panera. 10 permanent staff do what they want, Facebook or on their phones. If they make a mistake, temps are to blame. Company will be having in the future all temps. Don't waste your time here. No support from the agency or company. They don't care about the temps.

Pros

A great company with great people. who are dedicated to the company's mission.

Cons

This organization is still trying to reinvent themselves as the 50 plus are not retiring and products and services need to be revamped. I think they are doing this and the benefit will be geat.

Pros

Great location. Easy to get to work.

Cons

How much time do you have? I reported directly to someone who had the social and management skills of a house plant. Repeatedly sent her work to review, never received any feedback. Was dismissed with no notice. In general, the most dysfunctional IT environment I've ever seen. It's all over the place. No vision, no strategy.
