Corporate HR and legal are total heartless individuals. State directors are never local to know what is going on.

Pros

I love working for a company with a social mission. Everything we do here at AARP makes a difference in the lives of people 50+.

Cons

Very political environment. Executive leadership is not always in touch with the true needs of the business and does not deal with making tough decisions head on.

Great employer Good location. Employees were all very nice. In addition, it was a challenging environment. Overall, a great experience!!
