Pension program is wonderful and transfers to your spouse if you die. Use to have a "family" environment but no longer.

Cons

IT Department is too trendy and has attempted for years to convert to a sourced business model. Too many PM's without technical knowledge

Transitional change did not allow for thorough completion of work assignments in a reasonable time. Frame. That has since been corrected.
