Pros

Pension and good pay for a non profit. Company has no cash issues.

Cons

Awful leadership. Bad hiring decisions and no value on good people. Just do as they say and stay under the radar and you'll be just fine.

Pros

work/life balance, pension, job stability, very intelligent people working here, new gym, nice cafeteria

Cons

No room for growth, very flat organizational model (Manager to Director and nothing in between), cubes, cubes and more cubes...Directors+ sit in offices and everyone else is in a wide open space, poor leadership is wide spread (I hear this is a problem everywhere though)
